Grapids sent a technician out to do a FREE evaluation of our furnace, AC and water heater. The tech, Conner, was very thorough and knowledgeable, clearly explained his process and instrument readings, showed photos taken inside the furnace. He left us with a 40 point checklist and it turns out, our systems are in overall good condition. There was no high pressure sales involved and he provided helpful suggestions for maintenance and wear to watch for. We have used this company in the past to clear the kitchen sink drain and that was also a very positive experience!

The staff and technicians made sure that the safety of those in my home was a number one priority. To find out that your furnace has to be turned off due to leaks is a lot to swallow in the dead of winter. GRapids Home Services made sure we stayed warm by providing space heaters and even got me on the schedule for a new finance the next day!

Great customer service from everyone involved. They arrived as scheduled. They gave a very detailed quote and provided an excellent explanation of all the diagnostic options. They also gave a detailed price breakdown for their recommendations. Highly recommend, we will continue to use them exclusively!

The service provided by G Rapids was topknoch! From their timely arrival to the fact that I kept on adding more items to our plumbing repair list, Our technician Blake handled it all with ease!!!!! And the Icing on the cake was when he was finished I did not get sticker shock and thought he gave a very fair bill.

***scam warning*** Don’t believe all the 5 star reviews for one second- no company gets that many. It’s clearly fake to fluff out the real reviews!! lol they got 5 5 start reviews today alone- and they all sound cheesy and not authentic at all. Very shady company. I hope people read this because it’s very obvious this company can’t be trusted… I called to get an estimate about a plumbing issue and on the phone they said they are running a special to get my furnace tuned up for $9.99. I thought why not… they are going to be here anyway and it’s only 10 bucks….so on the day of my estimate an employee shows up and says “I’m here to service your furnace”. I was like I’m not really worried about my furnace (keep in mind I had just had an inspection in November and was given a clean bill of health by another hvac company) I really just need the quote. He had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. I told him I called to get a quote for a plumbing job and he said I am not really a plumber and do only do hvac but can still get you that quote. I am a pretty easy going person and understand mistakes happen. He said he can call some co-works and get a reliable quote so I was like okay do your thing…. He spent well over an hour doing the hvac inspection and getting the quote. While he was completing the inspection I couldn’t help thinking how this company could make money if they were only charging me $9.99 and he drove all the way here and spent over an hour working… Then it all made sense. When he finished, he called me downstairs and said “I’ve got bad news”…. You’re never going to guess…. He said my whole system is shot and I need a new furnace for $10,000. And it all instantly made sense. I told my furnace just by inspected and I was told everything looked good. He said well that weird…. Then the part that really made me know this company is a scam company is when he told me “we have a furnace specialist in the area that come give you a quote, and they can be here in 30 minutes”… It doesn’t take much common sense to put it all together… $9.99 service call, need a new system, salesman in the area… it’s so obvious is laughable. The other laughable part of they said my hot water heater needed to be replaced also and and it’s from 2003… lol a new one was installed last year… I was like wtf is this guy taking about?! So to summarize this was clearly a rip off attempt. Cheap service call- tell customer need new furnace or my family will die from carbon monoxide poisoning, salesman in the area can be here in 30 minutes. Use common sense people!!

I have used Grapids in the past for my furnace repair. Had no problems with visit, still no problems with my furnace. Thank you again Grapids for the Technician (John) that was sent. Mr. Cohen Dodd My Quote Technician for this job on my water heater today. IS BEING REQUESTED TO COME BACK TO DO THE JOB FOR THE WATER HEATER. 😊please His grasp of the situation overall was precise. He was very articulate about what he found needed to be done. Gave me different perspectives of what I could do. Very patient and positive attitude towards giving me the help that I needed for my water heater issues. I look forward to having Mr. Cohen D. and his team Back to do the full job. Connor was out this morning for our regular service and did a wonderful job! He's very personable and knowledgeable, he let us know what services we may want to have done at the next visit and how much it might cost so that we could be prepared. We always have great experiences with Grapids, I tell everyone I know who talks about needing HVAC or plumbing services to reach out.

We’ve used Grapids for years and have never been disappointed! The men and women who come into our house are always respectful and explain what they will be doing. The office staff are so pleasant and willing to help in any way they can. Thanks to all of you ❤️
